Eight student sponsorships have been made available by the Congress Organising Committee. The following conditions apply to this sponsorship.

• Only students attending the Congress for the first time and presenting either a poster or a platform presentation are eligible to apply for sponsorship. Posters in the research proposal session qualify.
• Sponsored students will be obliged to assist the Organising Committee and Congress Administrator.
• Sponsorship includes all meals from Monday supper to Friday breakfast.
• Accommodation is included from Monday night until Friday morning.
• Transport to and from the venue is NOT included.
• Only applications received before 17 May 2013 will be considered.
• Applicants will be informed of the decision of the Organising Committee by 31 May 2013. If unsuccessful, they will still qualify for the student registration fee.
• A report must be submitted to the Congress Administrator within two weeks following the Congress.
