- Credit card payments can be done upon completion of authorisation form (available from accounts@grassland.org.za) and will attract an 8% service charge.
- Early bird registrations must be paid in full by 28 February 2014, thereafter normal registration fees will apply.
- Normal registrations should be paid in full by 11 July 2014.
- Payments received after 11 July 2014 will attract a 5% surcharge, including student rates.
- Full-time students are requested to provide proof of registration at a recognised academic institution.
- The congress organisers reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee on all registrations cancelled after 31 May 2014.
- Any changes requested to a tax invoice following confirmation of a proforma invoice will be charged at R50 per change.
