We are proud to announce that the 26th SANSOR Annual Congress will be held on 7 and 8 May 2015 at the Lagoon Beach Hotel, Cape Town, Western Cape. A Pre-Congress cocktail function will also be held the evening of 6 May 2015.

We are pleased to inform you that we have secured Prof Mohammed Karaan as keynote speaker for the Joint Open Session on Thursday, 7 May 2015. We are certain that Prof Karaan will provide us with an insightful and inspiring talk.
We trust that as many persons as possible will attend the Congress.
Particulars of the Congress are as follows:

1. PRE-CONGRESS COCKTAIL FUNCTION
A pre-congress cocktail function will be held on Wednesday, 6 May 2015 at 18:00 in The Library for all delegates and guest speakers who are already in Cape Town. An additional amount of R350 (VAT included) per person will be charged for this event.

2. CONGRESS REGISTRATION
The registration fee is R3 200 (VAT included) per person for members and R1 600 (VAT included) per person for accompanying persons (partners and children who are not delegates, but who will be booked at the hotel). The registration fee for accompanying persons only attending the banquet is R500 (VAT included) per person. The registration fee for non-members is R3 500 (VAT included)per person.The above fees include tariffs for congress facilities, morning and afternoon teas/coffees, lunches,banquet, costs of VIP guests, guest speakers, entertainment, as well as congress material.

As it is the responsibility of SANSOR to co-ordinate all reservations with the relevant congress venue within a specific time frame, a penalty of R300 will be levied for late registrations. 3. EXCURSION FOR ACCOMPANYING PERSONS
A wine tour for accompanying persons has been arranged for 7 May 2015.

4. TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS AND ACCOMMODATION RESERVATIONS
Members will be responsible for their own transport- and accommodation arrangements, as well as related expenses
