Requirements:trong English writing skills and communication (funding applications, blog posts, e-mails and social media); Financial, accounting and budgeting experience; Empathetic person; Strong organisational skills and be able to multi-task; Outgoing personality and passionate about community work; Good time management; Good planning skills; Minimum 5 years management experience; Valid drivers’ licence; Prior success with management of community based projects; Strong leadership skills and proactive; Highly motivated and passionate about community development; Dedicated and grounded person; Must be able to work independently; Rural living conditions; Minimum 2 year commitment.

Job Description:Manage 5 community projects, hands on; Prepare and complete action plans; Provide accurate monthly financial reporting; Provide accurate monthly narrative; Maintain donor liaison; Staff training and development; Network and negotiate partnerships with stakeholders for the benefit of the projects; Fundraise to sustain NPO; Management of beneficiaries; Carrying the responsibility of multiple jobs; Ensure that a good relationship is kept with local community members.
