CPD stands for "Continuing Professional Development" and the system is managed by SACNASP. A more detailed description of the purpose, scope and categories can be downloaded here.
As a voluntary association (VA), the Grassland Society of Southern Africa aims to assist its members to maintain their CPD portfolios and retain their professional registration.
